How would I curve the bottom of a text while keeping the top straight? I know you can type on a circle shape, but I want the top of the text to not curve. Here is an example of what I'm going for:

I had to convert the text to curves and then manually stretch them with a circle guide in the background but I also want the bottom of the letters to be curved like the logo example

You can get a similar effect using the vector warp: Quad option, but if you look at that logo in detail it's a little more complex. I would say the nodes to the letter forms have been; in part, manually edited, with some warping but also some post warp editing as well.
