pantuflas Posted June 8, 2023 Posted June 8, 2023 1. Create or duplicate an artboard 2. Click Export Persona 3. Look at W and H in Transform > Both are wrong 4. Go back to Designer Persona > Both are correct 5. Again, click Export Persona > Both are still wrong 6. All you can do is manually correcting W and H for every single artboard every time you export one or more artboards Quote

Just tried that and did not help. Well, this particular artboard's x and y were already set to 0 in Designer Persona. However when I switch to Export Persona, the same artboard's x, y, width and height all 4 of them change out of nowhere. This forces me to again, as I said before, correct its width and height every time I export. Definitely a bug. I've had this problem for a long time. I just haven't had the chance to actually contact the support. Quote

Hangman Posted June 8, 2023 Posted June 8, 2023 Hi @pantuflas, Go to Preferences > User Interface > Pixels and change the decimal places to 6. You will then see that all your X coordinates have decimal values, change these X values to Integers and all your Artboards will then appears as 512 px x 1024 px in the export Persona. pantuflas Posted June 8, 2023 Author Posted June 8, 2023 Ok I just did what you told me to do (Preferences > User Interface > Pixels and change the decimal places to 6) but it still doesn't work. Quote
pantuflas Posted June 8, 2023 Author Posted June 8, 2023 Ah wait. It looks like newly created artboards are good. The ones I already had in the project seem to be still "messed up". If it's good from now on, I'm good. Quote

That displays more decimal places, and allows you to see that something is not positioned or sized correctly. It is only a display setting. You still need to fix that Artboard so it has an integer X position. Just select the Artboard, and edit the X coordinate in the Transform panel and set it to an integer amount. Then recheck the other Artboards, too. pantuflas Posted June 8, 2023 Author Posted June 8, 2023 I think you have to come up with an actual fix. Your suggested fix doesn't work. I always duplicate artboards by dragging. So then x or y values become decimal. I just duplicated an artboard by dragging and its x became 5568.051828 px. Then I switched to Export Persona and as expected, w and h became 513x1024 instead of 512x1024. This happens even after I did what you told me to do. Quote

Are we expected to modify x or y values each time we use Export Persona? For every artboard in the project? This is madness! This really is a bug and I hope to see a fix soon. Quote
