From the Affinity Store description of the new functions in Publisher 2.0:

Moin,

was genau meinst Du mit „Bücher“? Der Begriff kann hier zweierlei bedeuten:

Goodby Forum, thanks for good discussion and so much support from great peers and Affinity staff. It was a great pleasure to be part of this fantastic community.

After 03.10.2025 find me on https://creofora.com

Oh no, I didn't see that when I bought 2.1. No, how annoying. About every one to two years I switch to a new system, Windows, Mac, iPadOS and look forward to the progress at Affinity. Every time I buy all 2 or 3 programs or apps and every time it can't do exactly what I need. That was probably the third and last time my good faith hopes that this will work out.

Thank you.

Many of the Publisher functions work on iPad. Index, for example.

The specific ones shown in my quote from the Affinity Store don't.

For example, I hope for the dynamic chapter or section headings, i.e. that at the top right, for example, is the title of the current heading / paragraph of the chapter - do you know what i mean?

Sounds like Running Headers.

Oh actually nothing special. I only know that the desktop can do more here or that the iPad still lacks one or the other. I would like to experience that you now say both are the same and you experience no surprise on the iPad in the middle of the process.

BTW https://affinity.serif.com/whats-new/ Is a really nicely done overview. I'll take a look at it completely.
