Ove Posted June 6, 2023 Posted June 6, 2023 On the attached screenshot there are two objects. The bottom one is created for reference, showing what 0,1 width looks like. At least theoretically it should be in its correct size, as I created that object by typing its measurements into the Transform box. Now the upper object is created by me manually dragging a rectangle. As you can see it's starting to show 0,1 mm width when it has reached to about 0,05 mm, which is incorrect. It's the same thing when using the measurement tool. The measurement tool is showing 0,1 mm when in reality it's 0,05 mm. Or for example showing 0,2 mm, when in reality it's 0,15 mm. Using Affinity Designer latest version on macOS Ventura 13.4. Quote

Circulus Posted June 6, 2023 Posted June 6, 2023 What is the drawingscale top left on the contexttoolbar when using the measurementtool? Make sure it is 1:1 Quote I think Serif wants us to be only creative in finding workarounds to use their tools. I have an affinity with Jumping through Hoops and over Humps. Dealing with Speedbumps and finding Work-A-Roundabouts. I'm getting dizzy from all that spinning and jumping.
