Prespictive Wrap Not Working - Wrap Group Bugs

Hello, can someone explain why this happens,s, please? 
I can't use the perspective wrap tool to wrap this background on a laptop screen.

The Warp Group functionality in Designer does not affect Image layers or Pixel layers - it's just for vector objects.

If you want to use a Perspective Warp on an Image layer or a Pixel layer then you can go to the Pixel Persona and add a Perspective Live Filter Layer – see attached image.
