theronb Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 I’m using a MacBook Air M2 and I have a universal license for the Affinity suite v.2. I’m not able to open Photo, Designer or Publisher at all so decided to reinstall but I’m not able to download the installation file from either of the pages in the Serif site: https://store.serif.com/en-us/account/licences/ or from the link on the Downloads and Product Keys page at https://store.serif.com/en-us/account/downloads/ - the button link just goes to a blank screen. theronb Posted June 3, 2023 Author Posted June 3, 2023 Thanks for the quick replies! Shortly after I posted, I got a notification that a Mac OS update was available so I installed that and now everything is working - go figure. This can be closed - thanks! 🙂 Ron P. 1 Quote
