Any chance that Designer v2 will one day support the EXPORT of .dwg format?

Just curious, is there any chance that Designer v2 will one day support the EXPORT of .dwg format?

Apparently the option to export in a .dwg format isn't available in Designer v1 either, though I wondered about it.

Maybe (who knows). - Though actually you would have to use, as a workaround, some PDF-to-DWG converter in order to generate DWG files ...

@v_kyr Thanks for the reply and the links!

The workaround I started to use for this morning's little icon chore was Adobe (CS6) Illustrator, but then just ended up with another from AutoCAD LDD circa 2004. It does seems curious: why isn't a vector based program like AfDesigner more supportive of vector exports?

 Well overall hard to tell, but if I would have to guess here, it's probably due to object format generation based function mapping, as not all can always be easily mapped 1:1 between different app internal objects and their specific file formats here.

I have been away for a couple of months with push notifications turned off

And yes, without hesitation, I always update as soon as Affinity's auto-notification informs me that it's available. I love Publisher, but don't use it until the tail end of my research projects.
