I've just found a solution; I grouped my top layer, now I'm able to move my objects with masks. but please report this issue. someone may have a deadline and can't deliver that project. No one from Serif has seen your report yet. But when they do, they will need more information before it can be logged as a problem. Such as the video that Garry suggested. Or at least screenshots showing the complete application window and the Layers panel. A sample .afdesign file that illustrates the problem would also be very useful.
