Placing Pictures doesn't work

Hello,

I used the FAQ before, but didn't find something. My problem ist to place pictures in AP V2.1.0 (look at screenshot, please)

Are there any settings to be done first in AP V2? If so, where and  what kind of settings?

I'm very dissapointed. I like to use the AP V2, but because of the problems I just use AP V1. ;o(

Works for me on Windows 10. Have you tried to place other pictures as well? Did the 8-Tinka.jpg open when using File/Open?

Hi Lucy, I'm not on Windows so I don't know for sure but you might try going to Preferences > Performance and turning off Hardware Acceleration to see if that makes a difference.

It might help if you can provide a sample .afphoto file that shows the problem.
