Staff Lee D Posted May 27, 2023 Staff Posted May 27, 2023 @Cnewswanger Welcome to the forums. Are you just installing onto a single machine or deploying over a network? If a single machine you may want to try some of the suggestions here or use the MSI/EXE version of the app instead. The MSI/EXE download is available within your Affinity Store account. If deploying over a network, you want to email the corp support team. Quote
Komatös Posted May 27, 2023 Posted May 27, 2023 Hi @Cnewswanger and welcome to the forum. The error message says that there is not enough drive space available on the destination drive. If I read the smilie correctly, your D drive does not have enough space. Affinity Designer requires, uncompressed, about 1.2 GB of drive space. Another source of error could be insufficient space on the drive that contains the TEMP directory (usually drive C). Also third-party programs, such as Internet security suites, virtual disks or backup solutions maybe lock the target drive.
