MikeTO Posted May 24, 2023 Share Posted May 24, 2023 I think you may have accidentally turned on Full Keyboard Access in macOS System Settings. I don't know what that number popup is but the blue focus rectangle around it sure looks like Full Keyboard Access. Go to Apple menu > System Settings > Accessibility > Motor > Keyboard and turn it off if it's on. If it's not that, it's likely something similar to it so look for something you may have turned on in settings.
