Publisher Adding Transparency To Pages

Recommended Posts

Hi @Jesse Burneko and welcome to the forums,

PDF files are actually transparent by default so unless you phyiscally add a white background to your document you are just seeing the preview as intended. You will see the same thing in your document if you turn Transparent Background on under the colour tab of the Document Setup window.

By default, Publisher shows a white background to 'simulate' a paper look but in the same way that you would need to add a background of any colour other than white, you would need to do the same if you want to physically see a white background in the export window.

I hope that helps... :)
