Equirectangular projection causes sometimes ghostpic

Occasionally it appears that in a panorama is a ghost pic covering 1/4 of the editing picture. It looks like a copy of the part of the original. The problem has been in the previous version of Affinity Photo, too. I´ll add a screenshot soon.

Please fix.

Please could you provide a screenshot demonstrating this issue and if possible also provide a copy of the files used to create the Panorama.

I have the problem again for a customer's work. It seem that it appears when you edit pictures in the equirectangular projection and using the brushes for repair, healing and cloning. Please fix. For more questions, feel free to contact me.
