Hi,

Last night I purchased Affinity Designer 2 for my iPad after my trial version expired. Followed the procedure on screen and paid for it. Money was deducted from my bank account, however, the app didn't let me login, neither did I get any mail/key for the same. Now when I try to login using my credentials, it gives an error and doesn't let me login.

Now I'm stuck with the purchase screen on my app, with the money gone. Attaching the screenshots for the transactions, and the error on the login.

Requesting activation or a refund. Thanks.

@Georgy Roy

We've removed one of your screenshots for your security as it contained your email address.

It sounds like you need to activate your license with us. Here's an article talking you through license activation for the iPad.

From what you've described, it sounds like the iPad app may not be recognising that you've bought it. As a result you're not seeing the option to create an Affinity Store account within the app.

Please see Dan C's post here for various steps you can take if that's the case.
