Rob Swanson
Try to open any of the products (Windows 11), and they say they can't communicate with the other apps or a firewall is blocking it. It isn't the Firewall. Help?
Staff Lee D Posted May 19, 2023 Staff Share Posted May 19, 2023 Hi @Rob Swanson Welcome to the forums. Please see this FAQ article on the message you're getting as it may be caused by the Firewall restricting/blocking internal traffic. If this is the case they usually have an option to add apps to an "allowed" list. If you're still getting the issue and it's not the rare case as described in the FAQ. Please take a screenshot showing your Firewall settings, including allowed apps.
