I just downloaded the Affinity Photo iPad version from the apple AppStore.  When I try to purchase it or activate the trial version I get the message

”In app purchases not allowed.”  The activation stops at that point.    I have a new iPad Pro I purchased one week ago.   Any suggestions as to how I can activate the trial version or purchase the program ?

Hi @NatureHiker,

It does sound like you've got In-app purchases disabled.  You can check this by going to Settings > Screen Time then select Content & Privacy Restrictions. Tap on iTunes & App Store Purchases, then tap In-app Purchases and make sure it's set to "Allow".
