EDIT: Never mind, I figured it out

Recommended Posts

EDIT: IT WAS THE LUMINOSITY BLEND MODE. CHANGING THAT TO NORMAL SOLVED THE PROBLEM.

Thanks for the help. :)

This is 50 billion layers deep into a picture and you're looking at a small piece of it.

Left: a pixel layer "soloed" with option-click. I've applied selective color and HSL adjustments.

Right: the adjustments don't apply when I un-solo it. If it's hard to see what's going on, look at how the red on the left is purply-grey on the right.

No doubt I'm missing something bleedin' obvious, but what is it?

TIA

what am I doing wrong.jpg

Really :) Did you count them? You do realize to count to 50 Billion, it would take a very, very, long time ;)

Okay, 49 billion. I'm prone to exaggeration.

My attempt at some humor. I recently watched a lecture by an astrophysicist, he actually has 2 Phds, along with a Masters. He commented on being able to count the stars in our own galaxy. He says it's not possible, since we don't live long enough. ;)
