GarryP Posted May 13, 2023 Share Posted May 13, 2023 If, by “effect”, you mean the ‘cloudy border’, you can do this yourself by using a Pixel Layer and the Paint Brush Tool with an appropriate brush – see attached video. Just apply the brush, or different brushes, as much as necessary where it’s needed.
