I’m using affinity photo 2 on a new 2023 M2 iPad Pro 12.9 inch. iOS 16.4.1.

In the past, I have used the healing brush frequently.

However, on this new iPad,  frequently the healing brush is not working properly.

In particular, I can specify a source point, and it makes a + there, but then I’m not able to make corrections, it just keeps moving the source around.

I have tried this with, and without the Apple Pencil.

Please make sure that you have one of the Basic brushes selected.

If that does not fix it please can you upload a screen recording of your workflow with the layers panel pinned open ideally which would assist in diagnosing what is going wrong.
