BeKa211 Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 I downloaded one of Risolve Studio's Risograph color profiles (this one) and want to use it in Affinity Photo. I followed Affinity's official instructions on how to do this, but it just will not show up as an option in the Convert Format/ICC Profile dialog. If it helps, I am on a Mac - yes, I made sure to put the profile in /Library/ColorSync/Profiles. Is there something I'm missing? Is Risolve's profile somehow incompatible with Affinity Photo or something? Quote
Hangman Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 Hi @BeKa211 and welcome to the forums, I believe this is because Affinity Photo currently lacks Multichannel Profile support... Thank you for the welcome! I hate to sound ignorant, but what does Multichannel Profile support entail? Quote

I can't really explain it either, but if you look at the bottom of the Risolve page you pointed to they explain how these profiles are designed for special processing. (Follow the links they provide.) I'm sure that @Hangman is right that they won't work with Affinity. I'll see if it works in some of the other programs I have. Hangman 1 Quote
