Table alignment in a text box doesn't always work

Ciao,
when I manage a table within a text box very often the first one does not position itself at the top or in any case does not position itself just below a text if it is present. Despite the fact that I have configured for the text box the 'top' alignment. See the first attached file.

To see the result, I am forced to save the document, close it, and reopen it. See the second attached file.

PS: managing the table of a text box is convenient for slipping it when adding or removing content first.
