Graham Phillips Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 If text starts at the top of its frame, the drop cap extends upwards instead of downwards. If I put a blank line before the start of the text, it drops down correctly, but then my columns do not align vertically. Is this a bug? Is there a work-around? Quote
Hangman Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 @Graham Phillips, is it possible that you have the Initial Advance set to Fixed in the Text Frame settings? If not, could you upload a sample file demonstrating the issue so we can take a look... Graham Phillips Posted April 26, 2023 Author Posted April 26, 2023 Brilliant, yes, that's it. Changed to Cap Height and all is now perfect. Many thanks for your quick and helpful reply. Quote
