Coldie Posted April 25, 2023 Posted April 25, 2023 Hello i have recently purchased an upgrade V2 universal which included the creative collection - I downloaded all 3 iPad apps and had them running on my iPad Pro (ios 16.4.1) - I then decided to download the creative collection to each app - when the download for each was completed and installed I closed the apps restarted the iPad - now none of the apps will load - they starts to load but stop - can see at the bottom it says loading configuration and it shuts down. I have tried - a restart with the apps including the creative collection Then I tried deleting the apps - restarting - downloading the any of the 3 apps - they will download and install but when I open the app the same thing happens. does anyone have any suggestions as to how this can be fixed thankyou Quote
Staff Callum Posted April 25, 2023 Staff Posted April 25, 2023 Hi Coldie, Please could you try tapping the splash screen shown in your screenshot to see if the reset menu appears? If it does please could you hit select all and then clear to reset the app to defaults? This should hopefully solve this issue for you.
