Problem with MockUps in AffinityPhoto

I bought a MockUp from Envato and the file ends with PSD. I can change the contents wonderfully, but when I save the file AFPhoto file, then I can no longer change the contents as with the PSD file. I followed this tutorial: https://youtu.be/MDC4LjynmYI

Also when I export the file as PSD it only gets worse. All layers are completely shot. What am I doing wrong?
