I created some logo variants and now want to export them as PNG or JPG and so on but for some reason it takes very long - like more than 30 minutes now, with no result. What am I missing here?

Thanks in advance,

Uwe

It finally creates a file, so it works but takes very long anyway. I want to expand my question for some advice on how and what to hand over to my client.

In my opinion/common sense I want to export as png, jpg in both RGB and CMYK and the corresponding svg-files.

I want my client to hand over that logos no matter what they want to use it for and not to have to think about it, because the following producers of any further products know exactly what to do with the files - am I correct with this?

Thanks in advance and Kind Regards,

Uwe

Hi @Uwe-R-aus-B,

Thanks for your report and I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble!

I'm glad to hear these images have been exported for you, but I certainly wouldn't expect such a delay - therefore I'd like to request a copy of the .afdesign file in order to investigate further.

Can you please upload a copy of your file to the below link for me, then reply here to let me know once this has been done?

I agree that this sounds like good practice - if you wanted to go a step further you could also include a PDF copy of the file for use where SVG or raster formats is not appropriate, but this wouldn't be a necessity if you are providing the file in SVG Vector format also :)
