When I import a .docx file, Publisher (2.0.4) creates the footnotes nicely, but all the numbers are double. Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
Thank you in advance!

Hi @lkahonen and welcome to the forums. I assume that one of those numbers is the actual footnote and the other is plain text, and that somehow the footnote fields got converted to text. I haven't seen this issue reported before with importing from docx.

I recommend turning on Text > Highlight Fields to highlight the footnote markers. Hopefully then you'll be able to see which ones are real footnote markers and which ones are plain text and can be deleted.
