I'm nearly done setting my copy of Pride and Prejudice, and I've run into an aggravating issue. I wanted to insert a single blank page after the Table of Contents, so that the first page of Chapter I would not be the verso of the last page of the Table of Contents.

In case one ends up being in a situation like this, and images not positioned as inline or pinned are involved, there is basically no other way to resynch than doing part of the layout again, e.g., reflow the text and resize images until the text and images reach the original synch. That is because a design that is laid out as spreads typically has object positioning where it matters what is on the other side of a spread so one normally just cannot push layout forward and expect that everything
