Crash when using templates.

Having an issue with AD 2.0.4 on Ventura 13.3.1 where if opening two new documents using templates the second one crashes AD.

Steps to reproduce:

1. File -> New -> Template -> select a template, new document opens

2. File -> New -> Template (crashes immediately)

If you change the directory to a new one with only a blank template in there, does it still happen?

Hello Lee,

I added another template folder location and created a blank template from there and it did not crash when doing it twice.  I also then removed that new folder location and now the original one is working as expected with no crashes.. Odd but seems that cleared something out. Thanks for following up.
