Automated process for replacing name and surname

Hi!

With Designer I created a personalized certificate with the recipient's name and surname.

I need to create 50 certificates with different name and surname.

Is it possible to automate the process without having to replace the name and surname every time?

If you can't with Designer, is it possible with Publisher? Or?
