royphotog Posted April 17, 2023 Share Posted April 17, 2023 Window 10 home version: 21H2 checking windows update it says I am up to date. publisher 2 up to date. Vs 2.0.4 I have had an issue when I try and export a file. Publisher Locks up, nothing can be clicked on and the only way to get out is to go to windows task manager and stop the program. Everything else seams to work fine. One page doc with a few JPG files but I also tried it with just opening a new doc and creating a text frame and typing in just a few words. Same thing. Staff Lee D Posted April 18, 2023 Staff Share Posted April 18, 2023 @royphotogTry resetting the app to see if this has any affect, hold down the CTRL key and open the app. When the prompt appears, release the key and click the Clear button. When exporting to PDF is the issue happening before you click Export or when selecting one of the presets/options? Have you tried changing the export location?
