Hi!
i just downloaded the Beta, and started to work with it. all in in one, you made this version amazing, congrats to the development team, such a pleasure to work with.
at the moment im using the ipad pro M2 11 inch with 256GB and 8GB RAM

things i noticed while using it.

1. sometimes on the preferences the personas are wrong distributed displayed (displaced)
2. shortcuts - when i set the shortcuts for my needs some personas do not work the same as changed (brush size in photo is working but not in liquify persona)
3. processing power is slower then the actual version in inpainting - iat all its a bit slower then the actual version 2.0.4
4. sometimes by zooming with the shortcuts, image freezes or shows a pixelated pattern so its not rendering quick enough (exit the image and reopen was necessary, did not quit )
5. by placing/ holding the stamp or the in paint tool the zoom circle shows up but does not disappear even when moving and zooming the image and pressing any button (had to go out to the projects page an reopen the image)
6. app file size, file cluttering is still visible by opening 20 images. it does increase quick to GB.

What does interest me, is there a chance to to clear the cache of the app, or not allow the app to use that much of space on the ipad?

Thanks once more making the app that amazing, i hope those little bugs are manageable.

Hello emil_bilinski,

Welcome to the forums.

1. I'm not entirely sure what you mean here - can you please provide a screenshot or elaborate?

2. This looks like a bug. On desktop using the [ and ] keys to resize do resize the Liquify brushes but as you have pointed out, on the iPad version this does not work

3. I have not noticed this. I will however run some benchmarks and do some comparisons

4. This may be the rendering tiles that you are seeing. We use these to improve performance. You can try going to Settings > General and check 'Retina Rendering Only'. I cannot be sure if this will help your particular case as I'm not exactly sure what you are seeing. If that doesn't help, please provide a quick screen recording

5. I cannot reproduce this. Any chance of another recording?

6. If you look on the forum, there will be a number of posts regarding file sizes from Affinity. We prioritise speed over file size optimisation etc. so you may indeed experience some bloating. A lot of imformation is stored in the proprietary Affinity file.
