Help required with registration.

Hi Sorry this was the only place I could find to ask this question, I have iPad copies of the applications and have just downloaded Affinity Designer & Publisher on my Mac as well I registered on of them but am unable to register the other for some reason even when using the correct information, can anyone help please?
