Rod Corston Posted April 14, 2023 Posted April 14, 2023 Hello there I'm still fairly new to Affinity Photo and have looked at one or two Youtube tutorials to check out how I may carry out non-destructive editing of my Raw files. It seems that following the opening of a Raw file, I should go to the Output window in the top left of the menu rail and select Raw Layer Embedded - rather than the default pixel layer setting . See attached image). However, when I open a Raw file on my Mac, I see no Output box, only details of the size of the image and the lens used. I've tried using Fuji, Nikon and Canon Raw files. See attached image. I'm using Affinity 1.10.6 on Mac OS Ventura 13.2.1 I'd appreciate any thoughts / advice as to why I'm not able to access this. Many thanks Rod Quote

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Rod Corston Posted April 14, 2023 Author Posted April 14, 2023 Hello All Thanks both for the speedy response. Just after I posted the query, I realised that version 2 was probably the key to the non-destructive option. Thanks again Best wishes Rod Alfred 1 Quote
