When I want to export slices with the persona feature designer immediately crashes. (see att.)

Btw, sometimes it lets me export if I don't click on any export folders, but mostly it crashes. Pls, help. I purchased v2 because I thought this flow would work. :D

Hi @Mmarko,

Welcome to the Affinity Forums & sorry to hear you're having trouble!

Can you please confirm for me, are you exporting to a 'Cloud' synced location, or do you have any Cloud backup services running on your mac?

Many thanks in advance :)

Thanks for confirming that for me - our team are aware of an issue when exporting to Cloud locations from the Export Persona causing a crash and this is logged with our developers. I'll be sure to 'bump' this issue with your thread now to bring it to their attention once more.

We recommend exporting to non-cloud locations to workaround this issue in the meantime, apologies for any inconveniences caused due to this.

The issue "Export Persona hang in Open and Save Panel Process when Exporting Slices" (REF: AFD-5921) has been fixed by the developers in internal build "2.1.0.1781".
This fix should soon be available as a customer beta and is planned for inclusion in the next customer release.
Customer beta builds are announced here and you can participate by following these instructions.
If you still experience this problem once you are using that build version (or later) please reply to this thread including @Serif Info Bot to notify us.
