David4
I am used to 16 bit, ProPhoto RGB image files. Explain what Resample: Lanczos 3 (non-separable) is. What are the benefits to me of Lanczos 3 (non-separable? What are the differences between the two? Kind Regards, David
Gear maker
David, take a look at this thread: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/9378-what-is-the-difference-between-lanczos-seperable-and-non-seperable/?hl=lanczos Quote iMac (27-inch, Late 2009) with macOS Sierra
marmite
@Gear maker ... many thanks for the resampling link ... really useful ! @David4 ... excuse me if I've misunderstood your question ... but bear in mind that ProPhoto RGB is a colour space whereas resampling refers to the algorithms used for resizing. You can see the range of colour spaces offered by AP under Document / Assign ICC Profile.
David4
My question is not about color working or color editing space. I have literally studied https://affinity.ser...ble/?hl=lanczos Thank you. Cheers David
