I had a batch job of 1500 images. After approximately 500 images (I don't know exactly) the task manager went from showing varying CPU and GPU usage (around 90% for each), to showing 0-1% GPU usage and full 100% CPU usage.

This also happened earlier, when doing several different batch jobs. For the first one, I noticed that the CPU and GPU was used, and a bit later in the session (doing a third batchjob on another folder) I noticed it had stopped using the GPU and then used 100% of the CPU.

(I'm using an intel i5-10400f and a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super with the latest Nvidia Studio Drivers)

It seems then, that at some point in time after the program is started, it somehow arbitrarily stops using the GPU acceleration for no apparent reason.

I'm using Affinity Photo V1, but hopefully you might check for this issue in both versions.

Hi Oes25,

I'm struggling to replicate this here I'm afraid. Do you have Parallel processing enabled in the new batch job window at all? Does disabling this option prevent this issue?

Thanks
C
