Masking Bug in AP Beta 1742

Only a standard mask is working, no compound mask selectable anymore.

PS: In menu all options available only the mask icon shows the failure ...

Are you sure you are running Photo 2 Beta 1742? The right-click menu wasn't working in the previous 1720 build but it's working fine on 1742 for me.
Can you re-check please? To display the extended mask menu you have to right-click the Mask button on the bottom of the Layers panel.

right click does not work wether in 2.0.4 nor in 2.1.0.1742. Is there an option to enable right-click? 

I re-checked and no reaction for right-click, also on the other icons in this bar only left-click is working except for the masking icon.

My bad. Even with the video I didn't notice you were on macOS, sorry. Here press alt+click to access the extended menu in the latest Beta. The right-click only applies to Windows. There's also another difference between the two platforms at the moment (just for completeness). To add an empty mask you have to use the extended mask menu on macOS whereas on Windows you can alt-click the Mask icon directly to create one.

Your hint to use alt+click works here. However, I think the behaviour as under 2.0.x is more consistent.

The reasoning behind this is to allow single-click access to (regular) masks (as it worked in V1) which are way more used than the rest of the options available.
