Bruce Friesch
In Designer 2/Document Setup/Scale I notice that the list of different drawing scales does not include Architectural scales, 3/4" (1:16), 1/2" (1:24), 3/8" (1:32), 1/4" (1:48), 3/16" (1:64), 1/8 (1:96). I create drawings using 1/2" or 1/4" drawing scales. It would be great that Affinity Designer had Architectural Scales for me to use in the software. Or I would need to use another 2d Cad Software for creating drawings to scale. Then import into Designer for color illustrations. Suggestion, in Designer 2 have or add Document Setup/Architectural Scale with the different Architectural Scales to choose from. So I can draw or trace over an imported image to a scale. I use feet and inches measurement in the drawings. Thanks Bruce
Komatös
Hi @Bruce Friesch and welcome! Maybe I'm wrong and did not understand right and lost in translation. But, you can enter the scaling value in the selection box and then save your own presets. Bruce Friesch
Thanks for the tip that I can enter a scale of my choice. I check it out and looks great for future drawings. But it would be cool when Affinity Designer can export different versions of DWG files same as AI. It's great that version 2 upgrade can import DWG files. Since I work with other people that use Autocad it is nice to exchange drawing files. Thanks again Bruce
