Only Arial available in Mac Publisher 2

First, my apologies if this has already been discussed. I have tried to search the forums for it, without success. Please just point me to the appropriate thread if there already is one. 

The only font available in Publisher 2 on my Mac, Big Sur OS, is Arial. 
 

All my installed fonts appear to be available in Photo 2 and Designer 2, and also in Publisher 1. 
 

Any suggestions?

If you click on the downward arrow at the end of the font name box Publisher displays a font filter selection panel. It sounds as if you may have the font display filter set as Used, (illustrated by the red rectangle in the screen grab above). Select the All (green rectangle) to display all fonts.
