Have you clicked the Report... button to send the report? If not please do so. If it still doesn't launch properly press and hold ⌃(ctrl) while launching it then select press Select All and then Clear from the dialog that will open. Does it solved the issue? R C-R Posted February 26, 2016 Share Posted February 26, 2016 You have to get the timing right when you launch Affinity Designer with the control key held down. It can be tricky to do without activating an OS X popup menu instead. I have had the best success from the Dock by clicking on the icon & then waiting very briefly until the icon just begins to hop & then pressing the control key as soon as possible after that.
