crashes on "save/save as" after adding an image to a symbol

After adding an image to a symbol (or, after creating a symbol from a selection that includes an image), the application will crash when attempting to save (every time).
(This does not appear true of image fills, though).

Can reproduce here, though only seems to apply to pixel images. Vector images added from stock and placed PDFs seem to save ok.
