catlover
I created an Export Preset for EPS with specific settings. One of those is the Area Setting, which I set to "Selection without background" & saved the Preset as Fonts2. When I wanted to use this preset, the Area Setting had reverted back to its default "Whole document" (Preset1.tiff) None of the other settings reverted back to default. I cound not append my Preset, nor could I create new one without first deleting the original "Fonts2" (Preset2.tiff) So now I have 3 questions: 1. Is the reverting back to default "Whole document" normal behaviour ? 2. Can the user only create 1 Preset at a time ? 3. Am I doing something wrong here ? Thank you, C.L. Staff Lee D Posted February 25, 2016 Staff Share Posted February 25, 2016 Hi catlover, Reverting back to Whole Document is normal, as Selection without background will depend on whats selected at that time. Once you've created a preset, you can edit an option and create another preset. If you use the same name as an existing one, you will get a prompt asking if you wish to replace the existing one. Hope this helps L
catlover
Lee, Thank you & sorry for not getting back sooner. Now I undersstand the philosophy behind the Whole document & Selection without background thing. Thanks again, C.L.
