nomi02118 Posted April 1, 2023 Posted April 1, 2023 I hope I can phrase this right. It is dead easy to set up a TOC with chapter titles, but what if you want the title and a summery or something under it in the TOC? Is this possible? I have been doing a series of books of science publications and they would like the title but also a list of the contributors under the title in the TOC. I can see other uses if this is possible. For now I have been doing it all by hand. Slowly. I have t move chapters around as new studies get printed so auto updating would save a lot time. Here is a sample from the latest TOC. I get it that it might too much to do automatically. Quote

If you applied a style for a Heading and a List of Contributors, for example, then just include those styles in the TOC Panel (tick them) and your subheadings will appear in your TOC. nomi02118 Posted April 1, 2023 Author Posted April 1, 2023 Thanks I will try that. For some reason that seemed too easy to be true. I will do some testing later today! 56 minutes ago, Seneca said: Yes it is. Just remember to use styles for your projects.
