Dan C Posted April 1, 2023 Posted April 1, 2023 Hi @JBD, Welcome to the Affinity Forums Unfortunately I'm not 100% certain of the version you are trying to install currently as the version number you've provided is missing the last digit. Therefore I'd first recommend visiting the below link and download the latest version, 1.10.6 and then uninstall the version you have currently, restart your PC and then install this newly downloaded version - https://store.serif.com/update/windows/designer/1/ Once you have installed 1.10.6, please try launching the app. Hopefully this launches as expected, but if you're still having trouble can you please confirm the exact issue you are seeing? For example, does the app launch and then close with an error message? Do you see the splashscreen but the app itself does not load? Or do you see no reaction at all when trying to launch the app?
