Hello,

I’ve been using affinity on my iPad Air for a while now and I really like it. But strangely with V2 the workspace or canvas of designer and publisher are pixelated. Is there anyway to tweak the settings and preferences so my designs don’t look edgy or pixelated anymore?

Hi @Fox_Flow,

I can confirm that this may be due to your 'View mode' set in the Navigator Studio within the apps. Please check your settings here and ensure that Vector view mode is selected.

If you're still having trouble, then a screen recording or screenshots showing this issue would help us to investigate further - as pixelation is expected when zooming into Pixel based objects/layers, but not for vector layers, for example.

Can you also please confirm for me, are you using 'Display Zoom > More Space', set in your iPad settings?

Many thanks in advance!

Thanks Dan C for your quick reply,

yes I have adjusted my display zoom to More Space. However, I could tell from the way you asked me that I need to change that again.  So I did it and it's no longer pixelated.  Thanks very much.

Thanks for confirming that for me!

I can verify this issue has been logged with our development team and should be resolved in our next update v2.1, allowing you to re-enable the feature once the update is released.

I hope this helps :)
