Sal238 Posted March 30, 2023 Posted March 30, 2023 Good afternoon My name is Salvador Velazquez, I have the suite products in other words all of the affinity products. I have been having problems with the product especially when creating layers. it crashes and I lose all my work this has been happing since I upgraded to version two. it happened with the first version but soon it was corrected. I want to fully change to affinity but just cant cause Im affraid it will not be consistant with my work flow please help. I really like the product and its so easy to use but it makes it hard when it keeps crashing. Quote
Staff Lee D Posted March 31, 2023 Staff Posted March 31, 2023 @Sal238 Which Affinity app are you using when the crashing occurs and it is something that can occur if you start a new blank document? Which OS are you running and have you checked to make sure the OS is fully up to date. If you're running Windows please also make sure your graphics drivers are also the latest. Once the app crashes, a report should be generated. Follow the in this FAQ article to retrieve them to send in for checking.(This is based on your using any V2 app, if using V1 please use this link to crash log locations) Quote
