Setting nudge distance to anything but pixels doesn't do anything

If you tap nudge distance to set to a custom number and then change the units to something other than pixels, it appears to just set the distance to the same number in px. This makes this feature unusable for any document not in pixels.

In addition I would love to put in a word for some on-screen ability to nudge. The current workaround would be creating a very fine grid and zooming in close with your fingers before moving objects but anyone with a minor tremor would suffer.
