License Paid but not registered

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I was having some issues earlier while trying to pay for the V2 Universal License. The payment finally went through but I haven't received the license via email / in my account details.

@Soud

I've looked under your Affinity Store account using the email address connected to your forum account, and it looks like your payment is being declined. When this happens you may see a pending transaction on your account for a few days. This should drop back into your account once your bank realises we cannot collect the payment.

This is most likely due to an error in the way your browser is handling the 3d secure check that is now mandatory for all EU online orders.

Here's a link to a post covering failed payments.  It gives advice on various measures you can take to avoid this happening again in the future.  Can I also suggest making sure you have cookies enabled for our site and that your browser is up to date, or trying again with a different browser.
