Brian T Posted March 27, 2023 Posted March 27, 2023 I have an issue when importing Fuji RAF files into Affinity Photo 2. The colours are nothing like the original file. I have opened the same RAF file in Affinity Photo, Capture One Express, Fuji X Raw Studio, Preview and all results are very similar except Affinity Photo 2. See attached image with a comparison of the same RAF file in both Affinity & Affinity 2. No editing has been carried out in either version of AP these are two screen shots from the Develop Persona. iMac monitor has been calibrated with X-Rite Pro i1 a few days prior. Quote
Staff DWright Posted March 28, 2023 Staff Posted March 28, 2023 Hi @Brian T, Welcome to the forum Can you please confirm that the Develop Assistant has the same settings in Affinity Photo V1 as in V2 Quote
marrtinr Posted March 28, 2023 Posted March 28, 2023 Same issue with colors in Affinity Photo v2 on MacBook i7. It was really terrible to use it. Switching to Capture One solve all color problems. Bad luck that v2 works so wrong not only for me. Quote
Brian T Posted April 2, 2023 Author Posted April 2, 2023 Hi DWright, Thanks for your response. I have checked the Develop Assistant settings and there was a discrepancy in the RAW Engine. Affinity 2 was set to ‘Serif Labs’ Affinity Photo is set to ‘Apple (Core Image RAW)’ I have changed AP2 Develop Assistant Settings to ‘Apple (Core Image RAW)’ and the results are now consistent with my other editing software Thank you for your help Quote
