I am putting together a document where I wish to create my own version of the attached table. I am not certain whether to use columns or a table. I effectively want three columns (without text flow) and the rows all need to align horizontally. I am using Publisher 2.04 on a Mac. Any advice gratefully received. Many thanks.

As this has variable amount of text in the different rows then three columns with the baseline grid enabled will allow you to align the text across the columns.
